REFUND POLICY

Services Refund Policy

Refunds for services are offered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify our staff immediately. We will work to address your concerns on-site or arrange for a follow-up appointment.

  • Injury or Reaction: If you experience a reaction or issue caused by our services, please contact us within 24 hours for review and resolution.

Refunds are not provided for services once they are completed, but we may offer store credit or corrective services at management’s discretion.

Product Refund Policy

Products purchased from Wonder Nails Salon may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds for products will be issued in the form of store credit or the original payment method.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be used for services or products at Wonder Nails Salon.

Special Promotions and Packages

Refunds for promotional services, packages, or discounted offers are not provided. Any changes or modifications to these services must be approved by management in advance.
